Welcome to the Buddy Greene Store!

Friends,

As Buddy moves into semi-retirement, and the music world continues to rapidly advance to all digital format, we are clearing the shelves of the Buddy Greene warehouse. Some CD titles have already gone out of print, yet are still available digitally at places like CD Baby or iTunes.

In the meantime, we’re offering to you what remains… in some instances that means CDs without artwork that may not be shrink-wrapped because we packaged them in-house, but please be assured this is all new product.

Also, we are no longer offering international shipping, but encourage Buddy’s overseas listeners to make purchases at CDBaby.com or iTunes.

Thank you for listening!

DECEMBER'S SONG

DECEMBER'S SONG - CD

SALE Price: $10.00

I love the music of the holiday season! Since co-writing "Mary, Did You Know?", I have been honored that many people invite me to come sing and make music during the Christmas season, and that encourages me to explore and learn many more songs. It's been 15 years since my last Christmas project, so I felt it was time to record some of my new favorites. Lots of singing, lots of harmonica, some instrumental fun, and even a duet with my daughter Georganna!

TROUBLE GO DOWN

Ron Block & Jeff Taylor

Price: $15.00

If you’ve been to a Buddy Greene concert in the last dozen years or so, you’ve likely seen his outstanding one-man-band sidekick, Jeff Taylor. Jeff has accompanied Buddy on most every gig since 2005. To say Buddy and Jeff are musical soul mates, is almost an understatement. The talent, joy, and humor they bring to the stage delights audiences!

In addition to Buddy, Jeff makes music with LOTS of people, and recently recorded a CD with Ron Block of Alison Krauss and Union Station. Buddy loves this CD and wanted to make it available to you here since Jeff is a huge part of Team Greene!

From CCM Magazine:

"Between Ron Block’s record-breaking run with Alison Krauss + Union Station and Jeff Taylor’s work in the super group The Time Jumpers (featuring Vince Gill), there’s been a groundswell of anticipation leading up to their debut collaboration. On the resulting Trouble Go Down, the pair of co-vocalists/multi-instrumentalists clearly live up to their pedigree, mixing present-tense acoustic originals, “new hymns with old souls” and cracking open their hymnals for reinterpretations from the 1800s. Though bluegrass, folk and gospel are at the core of this collection, the proceedings also get pretty eclectic with retro guitars, whistles, a bouzouki and a bodhran. The duo even calls on several of their familiar friends for vocal contributions (Ellie Holcomb, Suzanne Cox, plus a periodic backing cast of all-star indie artists), all bonus assets within an already masterful body of work.”
